By creating an account, enrolling in a bootcamp program, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Bootcamp Enrollment and Access

Enrollment

Enrollment in our bootcamp programs is subject to availability and our acceptance criteria. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment along with access instructions.

Access to Course Materials

Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the bootcamp curriculum, learning materials, recorded sessions, and community resources for the duration specified in your enrollment plan. Access to course materials is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

Program Tracks

• Developer Track — Focuses on AI-powered coding, vibe coding, full-stack development, and building production applications with AI tools.
• Office Track — Focuses on AI productivity tools for business, automation, data analysis, and office workflows.

3. Payment and Refunds

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Promotional pricing and scholarships may be available and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We also offer installment payment plans as described on our Financing page.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued for installment plans based on the amount already paid.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All course content, curriculum materials, videos, code examples, documentation, graphics, logos, and other materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of CodeLeap AI Bootcamp or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your personal learning and professional development. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our course materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Share your account credentials or course access with third parties
• Use our materials for commercial purposes, including resale or teaching
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Your Projects

You retain full ownership of any original projects, code, and work products you create during the bootcamp. CodeLeap may use anonymized examples of student work for promotional purposes with your prior consent.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and profile
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff members
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these conduct standards, without refund, at our sole discretion.

6. Certifications and Completion

Upon successful completion of the bootcamp requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Certification is contingent upon:

• Completing all required coursework and assignments
• Meeting minimum attendance requirements
• Submitting a final capstone project
• Maintaining good standing with our conduct policies

Certificates are issued digitally and can be verified through our Certification page. CodeLeap does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or specific career outcomes as a result of completing the bootcamp.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODELEAP AI BOOTCAMP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Cost of substitute products or services
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials provided through our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeLeap AI Bootcamp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeLeap AI Bootcamp is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use course materials will immediately cease
• You must stop using and accessing all CodeLeap services
• Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination
